My Work

Although I created all of the Web sites below, some of the sites are no longer maintained by me. For more information, please contact me.

Kolbe Eucharistic Apostolate

Kolbe Eucharistic Apostolate Web Site

Started in 1996 in the form of monthly Eucharistic retreats, the Kolbe Eucharistic Apostolate has grown to include a prayer group and catechesis on devotions. As the apostolate has grown, so has the need to inform members and others about its activities and to create a presence on the Internet. Jason worked with the apostolate to convey its character in a simple, one page Web site that details all of the necessary information.

Vocations.ca

Vocations.ca Web site

Having created the site in 2003 and maintained it ever since, JJPG Communications was asked by the Toronto area Vocations directors to redevelop the country's only national vocations resource. Jason revamped the look of the site and added many new features, including a searchable database of religious communities and dioceses, as well as a specific section devoted to prayer.

Jesuits of Upper Canada

Jesuits of Upper Canada Web Site

The Jesuits have a long history in Canada... almost 400 years worth! Their previous Web site was not that old, but it had a history, too. Recognizing that it was time for a redesign, the Jesuits approached JJPG to redo their Web site, with an eye on both the past and the future.

Congregation of St. Basil

Congregation of St. Basil Web Site

Gifted with a teaching charism, the Basilian Fathers learned early that the Internet was an incredible venue for education. In order to keep up with the everchanging nature of the Web, the Basilians decided to redesign their site. Chris Valka, CSB designed and coded this site; JJPG Communications reworked the code and launched the site.

Catholic by Design

Catholic by Design Web Site

As many publications and organizations don't always publish or respond to pro-Catholic / pro-Life / pro-values letters, Catholic by Design is my attempt to better disseminate some of the letters I have written. All of the letters defend Catholics, the Catholic faith, and Catholic values.

St. Gabriel's Passionist Parish

St. Gabriel's Passionist Parish

As St. Gabriel's Passionist Parish readied itself to open an exciting new church building, the parish also realized it needed a new, forward looking Web site. JJPG teamed with St. Gabe's to develop a Web presence that will grow with the environmentally friendly new building.

Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish

Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish Web site

A dynamic parish in the heart of downtown Toronto, Our Lady of Perpetual Help was without a Web site. They knew that in order to reach all of their parishioners they would need a site that catered to young and old alike. With this in mind, JJPG worked with the church to develop a quick-loading, easy-to-navigate site that has the info church-goers are looking for on a regular basis.

Sisters of St. Joseph of Toronto

Sisters of St Joseph of Toronto Web site

When the Sisters approached JJPG, they had a smart-looking Web site with a few problems: the site didn't capture who the sisters are and what they do and it didn't allow visitors to interact with the congregation. With a detailed plan and lots of collaboration, JJPG produced a Web site that captures every aspect of the congregation and allows for various levels of dynamic interaction.

Sisters of Our Lady of Sion

Sisters of Our Lady of Sion Web site

The Sisters of Our Lady of Sion is an international community with several Web sites in different places around the world. But, until recently, their Canada/USA province was without a spot on the Web. They contacted JJPG to develop a small, warm, and inviting place where they can discuss their unique charism, which is centred on God's love and fidelity for the Jewish people.

Scarboro Missions

Scarboro Missions Web site

Sometimes, time is not on your side. After spending the better part of a year attempting to get its Web site project off the ground, Scarboro Missions finally turned to JJPG to develop and execute a comprehensive online plan, which was accomplished, to rave reviews, in just three short months.

Missionary Sisters of the Precious Blood

Missionary Sisters of the Precious Blood Web site

Already in possession of a "volunteer-made" Web site, the Missionary Sisters were online — but their Web site was slow and lacked scalability and design. JJPG stepped in and developed a small but information packed site that loads quickly and has a touch of style.

The Interchange

The Interchange Web site

Over the past decade, missionary linking service The Interchange has developed a comprehensive database of mission organizations to suit everyone's volunteer preferences. The problem, though, was there was no way to allow prospective missioners to quickly and easily search those organizations. JJPG has redeveloped the Interchange site to give visitors all the tools they need to find any mission.

Camp Ekon

Camp Ekon Web site

Camp Ekon is a boys and girls summer camp run by the Jesuits of Upper Canada. A great place to be, but the original Web site left users without a compass and a far hike from civilization. That's where JJPG came in, with a new mandate to redraw the map, revamp the site, and make it easier for campers, their parents, and the camp to interact.

Jesuits of Upper Canada (ANIA)

Jesuits Screen Cap

In preparation for World Youth Day 2002 in Toronto, the Jesuits of Upper Canada hosted a pilgrimage. To entice and welcome participants from all over the world, Jason developed and edited a trilingual Web site that is straightforward and simple to navigate.

Pontifical Mission Societies

Pontifical Missions Offline site

To peak interest while visiting the Societies' World Youth Day booth, Pontifical Missions decided to provide two computers featuring Pontifical Mission sites from around the world. As a way to keep costs down, JJPG created an offline site that provided the young people with full access to the relevant material.
